Stefanie and Fabian run the Vogelhaus with great dedication and attention to detail.

The falcon – after several stops in Europe and plenty of experience in luxury gastronomy, Stefanie Falkenberg finally landed in Klagenfurt. Management positions at the Hotel Sonnenburg in Lech am Arlberg and at Thomas Gruber’s restaurant on Lake Wörthersee were the perfect foundation for her own birdhouse in Klagenfurt.

Kau(t)z Fabian Kautz draws on absolutely renowned establishments in national and international gastronomy. Hubert Wallner is sure to prick up his ears when he hears his name – after all, he trained him, among others. Thanks to his experience as a chef on yachts, he often astonishes guests with his style of cooking.
